About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the forefront of fuel cell development and to play your part in powering the hydrogen future.
Supporting the Head of Legal, you will be the primary point of contact for legal advice. You will review and feedback on contracts, including third party T&Cs, variation agreements and side letters.
You will manage the end-to-end process for NDAs and answer legal queries from colleagues across the business. You will have ownership of company policies that fall under the scope of legal and be responsible for their ongoing compliance.
About You
You have proven experience of legal administration and of reviewing and providing feedback on commercial contracts.
You enjoy working autonomously and are able to handle a varied workload using your own initiative.
You are a confident communicator with colleagues at all levels of the business.
You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
We are open to applications from candidates who require part-time working arrangements.
