About the Role
An exciting opportunity to lead test and validation activities at our new Chelveston test facility. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the test schedule to meet requirements across our high power programmes.
From designing tests to analysing results, you will be responsible for the full test and validation lifecycle, ensuring all test plans meet legal, functional, customer and business requirements.
Leading a small team, at a remote location, you will ensure effective communication with our Product Development teams and work closely with Facilities to support the operation and maintenance of the Chelveston test facility.
About You
You’ve got a proven track record of planning, leading and delivering test and validation programs for electro-mechanical products. You enjoy working within multi-disciplinary teams whilst being able to work independently at a remote facility.
You are an effective communicator with proactive problem-solving skills. You’ve got a commercial mindset and thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment.
You hold a BEng, BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or possess a relevant non-degree level qualification alongside suitable industrial experience.
