About the role
Hydrogen fuel cells will play a key role in the carbon reduction strategies across all industries. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling up fuel cell solutions across multiple markets with strong focus in the stationary power sector. You will be responsible for establishing the presence of our IE-Lift products in the target markets, driving long term sales opportunities which will include lead generation and initial customer engagement, through to closing sales and ongoing account management of new and existing customers.
You will support the sales strategy of our IE-Lift product range, have autonomy to develop the market strategy in line with our roadmap and work closely with the marketing team to ensure our products are appropriately positioned in the market. You will also work closely with our engineering teams to ensure customers receive high levels of support during the integration of our products. This position is focussed on working with the right integrators and/or OEM’s on the delivery of stationary power solutions across telecoms, construction and off-grid power. The primary focus will be on the European market with the occasional need to manage enquiries outside of this region
A relevant technical qualification at level 3 (A-level, NVQ or equivalent) or above is essential.
It would be advantageous that you will have sales and commercial experience within the stationary power sector. Ideally you will have a desire to drive the market development of clean emission technologies within an evolving market. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing the sales pipeline within a CRM system. A proven ability to develop build relationships across multiple stakeholders within commercial customers is required, as is experience of conducting proactive sales campaign with a degree of cold calling.
It is key to us that you have a commercial mindset and the ability to work with a flexible and solutions focused approach, in an agile and fast paced environment. You must also be able to work collaboratively and have excellent communication and influencing skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and take ownership are also vital.

This salary on offer for this position is upt to £40,000 per annum based on skills and experience.
