About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or further your career in IT, if you have the desire to learn and progress in a career in IT within a fast-paced environment.
With training and support you will be responsible for the provision of high quality IT support across a wide range of systems and services and for administering our IT Service Desk. You will also assist with the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud and Avepoint Backup System.
User Acceptance Testing and deployment of end user devices (Windows O/S and iOS) will be an important part of the role, alongside network management and troubleshooting.
You will conduct user, device management and provisioning lifecycle. (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, Smart Deploy & Desktop Central).
The only essential criteria are education to GCSE level with grades A-C/9-4 (or equivalent), experience in customer service and a good working knowledge of Microsoft O/S and Office suites.
It will be advantageous but not essential for you to have an IT qualification, such as MTA, MCSE or MCSA.
You must have the ability to work with a flexible and solutions focused approach, in an agile and fast paced environment. You must also be able to work under your own initiative and have excellent customer service skills. As such, excellent communication skills are vital.

This salary on offer for this position will be in the range of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum based on skills and experience.
