About the role
Working as part of our Product Support team, you will be responsible for application and installation (A&I) support as well as after-sales service and resolving customer product issues, with particular focus on our UAV and stationary power products.
You will assist our customers to effectively integrate our products into their applications, and then support the field deployed units in these applications.
Supporting the Sales team, you will assist in securing customer contracts through the provision of technical support and relationship management, guiding customers on all aspects of selecting and integrating our products into their applications.
You will support products when they have been deployed in the field, managing problem resolution using appropriate techniques and generate and maintain product user.
Ideally you will hold a BEng or HND (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
Previous experience in customer facing field service, application and installation is essential, as is practical experience of integrating mechanical and electrical/electronic systems, ideally gained in an industrial environment.
Previous experience of working with UAV and power generation products is advantageous.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
You will have a commercial mindset and the ability to work with a flexible and solutions focused approach, in an agile and fast paced environment.

The salary for this position is up to £42,999 based on skills and experience.
