Intelligent Energy Charitable Trust

Intelligent Energy seeks to make a positive impact on the local community it operates within. As part of this, a Charitable Trust has been launched to support charitable and voluntary organisations, local to Intelligent Energy’s headquarters in Loughborough, which support and aid amongst others; community groups, young people, sport and lifelong learning.

The Trust will look to distribute £100,000 per annum. Beneficiary organisations must be located within and principally benefit people who live in the Charnwood borough. They are not required to have registered charitable status. However, all donations must meet Charity Commission criteria. The Trust is governed by a committee comprised of three Intelligent Energy employees and three external representatives which meets twice a year.

The next meeting is scheduled for the end of March, closing date for applications is 13 March 2020.  All applications received before the closing date will be considered at this meeting.

You can apply by completing the application form below. Please refer to our application criteria before completing the application form.
