We have a dedicated product support team to assist our existing and potential customers with their support needs. The following services are available:

  • Training: via documentation, virtual conference and face-to-face.
  • Dedicated servicing inbox: all product support enquires are responded to within 24 hours.
  • System performance analysis: dedicated software departments to optimise fuel cell performance.
  • Integration: support and advice is provided to aid with the installation and operation of our fuel cell products.
  • Remote and onsite support: product support engineers are able to visit customer locations to assist with preliminary fuel cell installations (subject to contract).
  • Product demonstrations: walk-throughs and demonstrations of the products supplied upon request including drone flight demonstrations.
