I joined Intelligent Energy’s Test and Validation (T&V) team in July 2018 after graduating from university. From day one it has been a very friendly, yet challenging environment as every project is different, however I believe my openness to new ideas and communication has allowed me to become the successful engineer I have become today.

In the T&V team, team work and collaboration is so important and encouraged. Knowledge and skills are gained and shared amongst the team as well as across different departments as in order for projects to run smoothly, interdepartmental communication is key.  In T&V, we get involved from the first design concepts through to certified and finished products, enabling us to be a part of the full product journey and suggesting improvements that may benefit the business and the project.
