Hytekocean and Intelligent Energy sign MoU to establish a Strategic Partnership
Loughborough – 18th May 2023 – On the 16th of May, David Woolhouse, CEO of Intelligent Energy Limited (IEL) and Rui Chen, CEO of Hytekocean, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formalising the partnership between the two companies.
The signing ceremony took place during a visit to the production base of Hytekocean in Shanghai Lingang International Hydrogen Energy Valley where Hytekocean has established a new facility for fuel cell production and testing, as well as research and development.
China’s hydrogen energy industry is undergoing rapid growth and this MOU outlines the co-operation between the two companies to offer the full range of IEL’s fuel cells to Chinese customers who want high performance fuel cell technology for both stationary and motive applications.
David Woolhouse, CEO of Intelligent Energy Limited said,
