Engineering Development Trust

The Engineering Development Trust organise and lead Challenger Experience Days, introducing young learners to the excitement of STEM but also helping them discover the wide range of future career opportunities available within these fields.

Over 73 pupils from two primary schools in the local area took part in the Industrial Cadets Challenger Experience Days in November 2025. These hands-on sessions offered pupils the chance to explore real world science, technology, engineering, and maths concepts through interactive activities, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
