IE-LIFT™ 1T and 1U are Intelligent Energy’s class leading 1kW fuel cell modules for motive and man-portable applications. With a compact size and high level of robustness, these modules can be easily integrated into systems for use in distribution warehousing, manufacturing facilities, and construction sites. The unique “U-Flow” air management system allows the unit to be integrated and operated efficiently in confined spaces, such as forklift trucks, MEWPs, and mobile lighting towers.

Shock and vibration tested up to 50G in all directions and with a wide environmental envelope, the IE-LIFT 1T/1U modules are ideal for use in harsh environments where reliable power is needed all-day. The modules are available in a range of configurations to meet customer requirements, with outputs of 24, 36, or 48 volts and a choice of airflow arrangements. The IE-LIFT 1T/1U is a versatile, quiet, zero-emission power source for multiple industries and sectors, including:

  • Portable generators providing flexible, off-grid power
  • Materials handling equipment and AGVs, increasing productivity over batteries and supercapacitors
  • Clean power for construction equipment – ideal diesel replacement ensuring daily high-performance operation

As long as fuel (hydrogen) and air is being supplied, the IE-LIFT 1T/1U will provide full rated power. Combined with rapid refuelling capabilities and zero-emission operation, hydrogen fuel cells offer a clear advantage over both battery and diesel power sources.
